Sadie Hunt Maxwell, represents all the states where children from the East were sent on trains to be left with families they didn't know. She came to Iowa in 1904. She carries a carpet bag, with extra clothes wears a locket her mother gave her and carries a placing out certificate. Comes with a story book.
